1 Definitions and Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the six6 s platform and all its associated services ("Services"). In this document, "Platform" refers to the six6 s website, mobile application and all related digital channels. "User" or "you" refers to any registered member who has accepted these Terms.

six6 s is an online gaming platform that provides casino games, sports betting and live casino services for Bangladeshi users. These Terms apply equally to every person using the services and represent the highest authority governing use of the platform.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the six6 s platform. No one below this age may play any game or place any bet. At the time of registration, a national identity card or other accepted document may be required to verify age.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating more than one account for the same person is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to have multiple accounts, six6 s reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit all balances held in them.

2.3 Registration Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of account creation is mandatory. Name, date of birth, mobile number and any other information required to manage the account must be genuine and verifiable. If false or misleading information is provided, the account may be cancelled at any time.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password and login details secure. You should not allow any third party to access your account. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, you must inform the six6 s support team immediately.

The user is responsible for any transaction carried out from their account without authorisation. However, six6 s makes every effort to maintain technical security on its end and may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can currently be deposited on the six6 s platform via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Winnings can be withdrawn via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. After a withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

4.3 Verification Process

Before withdrawing a significant amount, six6 s may request identity verification documents. The withdrawal process may be on hold until the submitted documents are verified. It is recommended to withdraw through the same method used for the deposit.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

six6 s offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus funds, bringing the balance to ৳3,000; the wagering requirement for this bonus is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the bonus amount has been wagered 15 times.

5.2 Bonus Usage Rules

Bonus funds are not cash in any way. They only become withdrawable after the specified wagering requirements have been met. Claiming a bonus means accepting all terms related to that bonus. six6 s reserves the right to change the duration or terms of any promotion.

5.3 VIP Cashback

VIP members receive a weekly cashback benefit. The weekly cashback rate is up to 0.3% at Bronze level, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold and 1.2% at Platinum. Example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Each game or bet has its own rules. The rules for a specific game are provided on that game's page and apply alongside these general terms. six6 s server logs and system data are considered final for determining game results.

six6 s reserves the right to correct any result or credited amount that was incorrectly determined due to a technical error. Bets placed during a system outage may not be accepted by six6 s. In sports betting, if an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the six6 s platform:

• Playing or betting using software, bots or automated methods.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to unfairly exploit promotions.
• Using another user's account or placing bets on their behalf.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
• Depositing funds from illegal sources or using the platform for money laundering.
• Engaging in harassing or offensive behaviour towards other members.

If any of the above violations are identified, six6 s reserves the right to immediately close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

six6 s may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. Before closing an account, any valid balance and applicable withdrawable bonus will be settled. However, in cases of prohibited activity, the balance may be forfeited.
